After 27 years at PLDG, Senior Account Director Sharon Stanton will be retiring at the end of the year. Over the course of Sharon’s remarkable career, she has set the gold standard for relationship management, professionalism and service that have come to define the work we do at PLDG.
Since Sharon joined our agency in 1992, her client roster has grown to include some of the most recognizable brands in the world, including UnitedHealthcare, Optum, Medtronic and Willis Towers Watson. In earlier years, her accounts included success with AMS, Ovations, Evercare, CDI, Augsburg Fortress, HealthPartners, University of Minnesota, Goodwill Industries and Walker Methodist.
As we approach our 40th anniversary in 2020, we pay tribute to Sharon, whose outstanding commitment has been central to our growth and success during decades of change that have transformed marketing and business communications — including the arrival of the internet and email in the 90s, social media in the 2000s and the evolution of mobile technology that dominates the business world today. We’ve grown our team from three to 19 and continue to innovate. Central to successfully navigating change and creating steady success is the high integrity and work ethic of the professionals who work at PLDG. Sharon is a very fine example.
PLDG has continued to be a valued creative partner to business leaders who demand excellence and top brand performance. Looking to the future, we’re excited to continue building on the foundation that Sharon has helped us create.
