New Brand Strategy Empowers

The state’s leading hospice and palliative care network, MNHPC (Minnesota Network of Hospice and Palliative Care), turned to PLDG to revitalize their brand and website. PLDG created a new platform — a fresh brand strategy, positioning, messaging, logo upgrade, website and marketing materials — to transform MNHPC’s brand to empower and connect.

The goal: Refresh the brand platform and website to empower, inform and engage MNHPC’s community of caregivers, health care professionals, patients and providers. The website serves as an extension of MNHPC’s mission, connecting providers and business partners to timely, actionable and state-specific resources for those living with a serious illness or in need of end-of-life care.
